24:16B-47. Reports of licensee Each licensee shall, from time to time, as required by the order of the secretary, make and file a verified report on forms prescribed by the secretary of all matters on account of which a record is required to be kept, together with such other information or facts as may be necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act.
