24:6B-8. Washroom and toilet facilities Adequate washroom and toilet facilities shall be provided and maintained in the premise or place where drugs are manufactured, packaged or stored and such facilities shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. L.1961, c. 52, p. 529, s. 8.
