The Cannabis Regulatory Commission, in consultation with the Division of Consumer Affairs in the Department of Law and Public Safety, the Business Action Center in the Department of State, and the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control in the Department of Law and Public Safety shall develop and implement a public education program to educate businesses across the State on the provisions of P.L.2024, c.73 (C.24:6I-48.1 et al.).L.2024, c.73, s.11.
