§ 24-10-57-12

24:10-57.12. Notification of violations; prohibition of distribution and sale The department, whenever it shall ascertain that milk, milk products or fluid milk products are produced for distribution or sale in violation of any of the provisions of this act, shall notify the local board having jurisdiction of the place where such milk, milk products or fluid milk products are distributed or sold, and the local board shall prohibit the distribution or sale of such milk, milk products, or fluid milk products within its jurisdiction until such time as the department notifies the local board that the violation has been corrected.
