24:10-57.24a. Use of or reference to fluid milk product or dairy farm by imitation product; prohibition Use of, or reference to the words 'milk' or any fluid milk product or use of any statement, design, symbol, picture, device or combination thereof which relates to any fluid milk product, milk product or dairy farm, is prohibited for any product which is an imitation of any fluid milk product or milk product.
