24:21-38 Judicial review. 38. Judicial review. All final determinations, findings and conclusions of the director under P.L.1970, c.226 (C.24:21-1 et seq.), as amended and supplemented, shall be final and conclusive decisions of the matters involved, subject to the provisions for judicial review provided by the Rules of Court.
