§ 26-1a-103

26:1A-103. Annual report by State Department of Health; recommendations The State Department of Health shall on or before the first day of October in each year report to the Governor setting forth in detail the scope and type of activities required to implement the program authorized by this act for the ensuing fiscal year, including recommendations of methods which might be utilized to encourage greater participation in said program by the counties, municipalities, health districts and the several private and public agencies engaged in said field and it shall include therein its recommendations as to the sum or sums of money to be included in the department's annual budget for the performance of the functions set forth in this act.
