26:1A-107 Division of Aging Services. 1. There is hereby established in the Department of Human Services, a Division of Aging Services, consisting of a director and the New Jersey State Commission on Aging in accordance with the provisions of section 398 of P.L.2012, c.17 (C.30:1A-14).
