26:1A-34. Gifts or bequests, acceptance of Subject to approval by the Governor and the Public Health Council, the commissioner may accept and administer for the State any grant, gift or bequest to be applied, principal or income, or both, for the purpose specified in such grant, gift or bequest, to the maintenance and use of any service in, or activity of, the department.
