26:1A-36.10 Rules, regulations. 8. The Commissioner of Insurance, after consultation with the Commissioner of Health, shall, pursuant to the provisions of the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the provisions of this act.
