26:1A-54. Expiration of term of State Director of Health The term of office of the present State Director of Health shall expire on the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, but he shall continue in office until a State Commissioner of Health is appointed and qualified as provided in section three of this act.
