§ 26-1a-71

26:1A-71. Powers of boards and agencies within Bureau of Examination and Licensing Subject to the restrictions and limitations contained in this act and except as otherwise provided herein, each of the respective boards and agencies within the Bureau of Examination and Licensing established hereunder shall continue to have all the powers and shall exercise all of the functions and duties vested in, or imposed upon it by law.
