26:1A-96. Duties of division The division shall administer and provide for the carrying out of the programs required to perform the general functions provided by this act to be performed by the State and for the carrying out of the general policies formulated by the Advisory Council on the Chronic Sick as approved by the State Commissioner of Health and it shall perform such other duties as may be delegated to it by the State Commissioner of Health.
