26:2C-3.2a. Clean air council; membership by state commissioner of health In addition to the membership of the Clean Air Council prescribed by P.L.1967, c. 106, s. 3 (C. 26:2C-3.2), the State Commissioner of Health or a member of his staff designated by him shall be a member of the council.
