26:2C-8.51 Inapplicability relative to farm vehicles, equipment. 26. No provision of P.L.2005, c.219 (C.26:2C-8.26 et al.) shall be construed to apply to any vehicle or equipment used on, or in the course of the operation of, a farm or to any vehicle or equipment used for any agricultural purposes.
