26:2D-27.2 Rules, regulations. 2. Within one year of the date of enactment of P.L.2013, c.119 (C.26:2D-27.1 et seq.), the Commission on Radiation Protection shall establish rules and regulations pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act' P.L.1968, c.140 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), for the licensing of nuclear medicine technologists to operate hybrid fusion imaging technology pursuant to section 1 of this act.
