26:2D-36. Violations; sanctions Any person who violates any provision of this act or any rule, regulation or order promulgated or issued pursuant to the act to which this act is supplementary shall be subject to the sanctions contained in P.L.1958, c. 116 (C. 26:2D-1 et seq.) as amended and supplemented.
