26:2D-53. Rules and regulations The department and the division are authorized in accordance with the provisions of the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), to jointly promulgate, adopt, and enforce any rules and regulations necessary or appropriate to carry out the purposes and intent of this act.
