26:2D-88 Rules, regulations. 8. In accordance with the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), the Commissioner of Health, in consultation with the Commissioner of Environmental Protection, shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of this act.
