26:2F-11. Payments The sum payable as public health priority funds to each local health agency shall be payable one-half on July 1, and one-half on January 1. Payments shall be made by the State Treasurer upon certificate of the commissioner and warrant of the Director of the Division of Budgeting and Accounting. L.1966, c. 36, s. 11.
