§ 26-2g-30

26:2G-30. Date of compliance for treatment center in operation at time of promulgation of rules and regulations Any facility for which a certificate of approval is required which is in operation at the time of promulgation of rules and regulations and minimum standards hereunder shall obtain such certificate and comply with such rules and regulations and minimum standards within 90 days after promulgation.
