26:2H-12.72 Rules, regulations. 5. The Department of Health and Senior Services, in consultation with the Department of Environmental Protection, may adopt, pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), rules and regulations as are necessary to effectuate the provisions of this act.
