26:2H-12.9a. Revision of written summary, notice 2. A general hospital shall revise the written summary and written notice required pursuant to section 3 of P.L.1989, c.170 (C.26:2H-12.9) within 180 days of the effective date of this act to reflect the amendments made to section 2 of P.L.1989, c.170 (C.26:2H-12.8) pursuant to this act.
