26:2H-12.9c. Discharge summary required for transfer of patients 2. A general hospital licensed pursuant to P.L.1971, c.136 (C.26:2H-1 et seq.) shall not transfer a patient to another health care facility unless the patient is accompanied by a complete discharge summary from the transferring hospital at the time of the transfer.
