26:2H-156 Violations, penalties. 25. A person or entity found to be in violation of the provisions of P.L.2015, c.125 (C.55:13B-5.1 et al.), or any rules or regulations adopted by the commissioner pursuant thereto with respect to the operation of a dementia care home, shall be subject to a penalty as provided for in section 13 or 14 of P.L.1971, c.136 (C.26:2H-13 or 26:2H-14).
