26:2H-18.58h Annual deposit into Health Care Subsidy Fund from revenue from sale of alcoholic beverages. 2. Commencing with fiscal years beginning on and after July 1, 2009, there shall be deposited annually in the Health Care Subsidy Fund established pursuant to section 8 of P.L.1992, c.160 (C.26:2H-18.58), the sum of $22,000,000 from the revenue collected annually pursuant to the 'Alcoholic Beverage Tax Law,' R.S.54:41-1 et seq. L.2009, c.71, s.2.
