26:2H-18.73 Annual report to Legislature. 3. The Commissioner of Health and Senior Services shall annually report to the Legislature, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), on the number of patients who receive treatment at each facility pursuant to this act who are not eligible for Medicare or Medicaid, the number of treatments provided to those patients, and such other information as he deems appropriate.
