26:2H-28. Transfer of nursing home administrator's licensing board to state department of health The Nursing Home Administrator's Licensing Board established by P.L.1968, c. 356 (C. 30:11-11 et seq.), and all amendments thereto, together with all of its powers, functions and duties incident thereto, is hereby transferred to and vested in the State Department of Health.
