26:2H-5.14 Review of health care facilities reports, recommendations. 5. The department shall review the reports submitted by health care facilities pursuant to section 4 of this act on a quarterly basis and shall make recommendations to the respective health care facility for reducing the incidence of needle stick injury, when appropriate.
