26:2H-5.32 Rules, regulations. 9. The Department of Health, pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this act including, but not limited to, regulations to further define the content and scope of any instructions provided to caregivers.
