26:2H-7.14 Construction of act. 5. Nothing in this act shall be construed to limit the existing authority of the Attorney General, the Commissioner of Health, or any other government official or entity or the court to review, approve or disapprove conditions related to an acquisition, transaction, or disposition under current law.
