26:2H-86 Rules, regulations. 5. In accordance with the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), the Commissioner of Health shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of sections 1 through 4 and section 6 of P.L.1997, c.100 (C.26:2H-82 through C.26:2H-85 and C.26:2H-87).
