§ 26-2i-15

26:2I-15. Act complete authority for issuance of bonds Bonds may be issued under the provisions of this act without obtaining the consent of any department, division, commission, board, bureau, agency or officer of the State, and without any other proceedings or the happening of any other conditions or things than those proceedings, conditions and things which are specifically required by this act.
