26:2I-5.1 Authority financing not required. 21. The provisions of P.L.1972, c.29 (C.26:2I-1 et seq.) shall not be construed to require a health care organization as defined in section 3 of P.L.1972, c.29 (C.26:2I-3) which is seeking to finance a project, to obtain financing from the New Jersey Health Care Facilities Financing Authority.
