26:2K-17. Rules and regulations 11. The commissioner shall promulgate such rules and regulations in accordance with the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) as the commissioner deems necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act, and the State Board of Medical Examiners and the New Jersey Board of Nursing shall promulgate such rules and regulations as they deem necessary to carry out their functions under this act.
