26:2K-37. Transportation service The Division of State Police of the Department of Law and Public Safety shall establish an emergency medical transportation service to provide medical transportation service pursuant to this amendatory and supplementary act. The superintendent shall operate and maintain at least one dedicated helicopter for each emergency medical service helicopter response unit designated by the commissioner pursuant to section 2 of this amendatory and supplementary act.
