26:2K-47.9 Rules, regulations. 10. Pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), the Commissioner of Health shall adopt rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this act, including medical protocols for the administration of epinephrine auto-injector devices, in consultation with the State mobile intensive care advisory council and the New Jersey State First Aid Council, Inc. The rules and regulations shall address age appropriateness in the administration of epinephrine. L.2003, c.1, s.10; amended 2012, c.17, s.281.
