26:2N-3. Distribution to parents Prior to administering a pertussis vaccine to a child in this State, a health care provider shall give the child's parent or guardian a copy of the pamphlet prepared pursuant to section 2 of this act and provide the parent or guardian with a reasonable opportunity to read the contents of the pamphlet.
