26:2R-2 Definitions relative to 'Osteoporosis Prevention and Education Program Act.' 2. As used in this act: 'Commissioner' means the Commissioner of Human Services. 'Council' means the Interagency Council on Osteoporosis established pursuant to this act. 'Department' means the Department of Human Services.
