26:2SS-19 Severability. 19. The provisions of this act shall be severable, and if any provision of this act shall be held invalid, or held invalid with respect to any particular health benefits plan or carrier, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions hereof, or application of those provisions to other health benefits plans or carriers.
