26:2SS-20 Construction of act. 20. Nothing in this act shall be construed to apply to an entity providing or administering a self-funded health benefits plan which is subject to the 'Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974,' except as provided in subsection d. of section 9 of this act for such an entity to elect to be subject to certain provisions of the act.
