§ 26-3a2-20

26:3A2-20. Review by legislature; progress reports by commissioner The Legislature, through the Senate and General Assembly Standing Committees on Institutions, Health and Welfare, shall review the implementation of this act. To facilitate this review, the commissioner shall submit annual progress reports to the committees for a period of 2 years after the effective date of this act, and any other such reports thereafter as may be deemed necessary by the committees. All such reports shall also be submitted to the Legislature's Office of Fiscal Affairs. L.1975, c. 329, s. 20, eff. April 1, 1976.
