26:3B-8. Effluents from sewage treatment plants or industrial waste treatment plants The provisions of sections two, three and four of this act shall not apply to the effluents from sewage treatment plants, or industrial waste treatment plants heretofore or hereafter installed in accordance with the requirements of the law and operated in accordance with the rules and regulations of the State Department of Health or the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission.
