26:18-19 Definitions. 3. As used in this act: 'Authority' means the New Jersey Maternal and Infant Health Innovation Authority established pursuant to section 4 of P.L.2023, c.109 (C.26:18-20). 'Board' means the board of the New Jersey Maternal and Infant Health Innovation Authority established pursuant to section 5 of P.L.2023, c.109 (C.26:18-21). 'Center' means the premises located in the City of Trenton used by the authority pursuant to the provisions of P.L.2023, c.109 (C.26:18-17 et al.). 'Community advisory committee' means the community advisory committee established pursuant to section 8 of P.L.2023, c.109 (C.26:18-24). 'New Jersey Maternal Care Quality Collaborative' or 'NJMCQC' means the New Jersey Maternal Care Quality Collaborative, established pursuant to section 3 of P.L.2019, c.75 (C.26:18-3).L.2023, c.109, s.3.
