26:2-139. Definitions As used in this act: a. 'Commissioner' means the Commissioner of the State Department of Health; b. 'Department' means the State Department of Health; c. 'Program' means the Diabetes Control Program established by the commissioner. L. 1987, c. 10, s. 2.
