§ 26-3-20-1

26:3-20.1. Violations by local board in appointments; injunction Whenever any local board shall violate any of the provisions of section 26:3-20 of this Title, the department may institute an action in the Superior Court in the name of the State at the relation of the department to enjoin such violation and for such other relief as the court deems proper.
