§ 26-3-70-1

26:3-70.1. Minimum penalty The minimum penalty permissible as prescribed by section 1 of this act, shall remain at $2.00 for those health ordinances adopted prior to the effective date of this act. L.1969, c. 253, s. 2, eff. Jan. 7, 1970.
