26:3-83. Terms 'municipality' and 'board of health' defined The term 'municipality,' when used in this act, shall mean any township or incorporated municipality in New Jersey. The term 'board of health,' when used in this act shall mean the board of health in any municipality or township organized under the provisions of Title 26, chapter three, article one, Revised Statutes or other body having the powers of a board of health.
