Anti-pneumococcic serum; purchase and distribution free by State Department of Health The Department of Health of the State of New Jersey is hereby authorized to purchase and to distribute free, anti-pneumococcic serum for the treatment of persons affected with pneumonia and for determining the type of pneumococci from persons suspected or known to have the disease.
