26:4-100.11. Appropriation for purchase of vaccine In addition to the sums appropriated to the State Department of Health during the fiscal year 1955-56, there is hereby appropriated out of the general treasury for the period between the date of the enactment of this act and June 30, 1956, the sum of $570,000.00 for the purchase of the vaccine and for no other purpose.
